Sometimes in life you wonder if you made some wrong decisions in the past. I think for me it happens when I am feeling down about myself. There are times when you get a confirmation either directly from heavenly father or thru someone else. Today was one of those confirmations.
Here's the story:
I'm at work minding my own business, just finished helping a customer. The customer walks out and about 30 seconds later walks back in asking for help. So I go outside and help him. He has a PT Cruiser. So I was brave enough to ask if he knew someone I had dated in the past, who also had a PT Cruiser. Sure enough, he did. SMALL WORLD EH? So this customer tells me about something he did and right there I knew that I had made the right decision about 2.5 years ago to end it with this particular person.
It made me feel great! A whole new level of confidence came. Now I can rest assured and never doubt myself on that decision again! I love it when things like that happen!
I guess I would always second guess myself when members of my family would make stupid little comments about how I should have married him. HA! I feel like I need to rub it in, that I made the right choice. We all know that is how the Savior would act. I'll just tell them the story and get may satifaction from it.

Jamie's PC Tutoring Services

Since I've been working at a computer repair shop for the past 2.5 years and many of our customers ask if we teach computer classes, I decided to venture out on to something new! I started a PC tutoring service.
The Reasons behind it:
-Too many people were being referred to some other company for computer classes.
-I needed to find a way to pay for school.
-I enjoy teaching/helping others.
-I have the ability to teach people about computers.
-There is a major need among adults who are struggling to grasp the internet and other programs to bring them up to speed with their children and friends who have been working in computers for a long time.
This has been a great opportunity for me and for others. If you know of anyone who needs this service let me know!

Camping at Black Canyon Lakes
A group of friends decided to go camping over Memorial Day weekend. Here are some of our adventures! It rained a little while we were there but for the most part it was great weather. The first night we heard animals howling in the distance and the third morning there was a crazy crow cawing, clucking, and gurgling. The clucking sounded like horses galloping on cement. It woke everyone in the camp. We had fun, at least I did, just sitting around and relaxing with out a care in the world!
Mother's Day Flowers
My friend, Beth Ann and I were out doing some shopping on a Saturday before Mother's Day. I wanted to get Mom some flowers. I knew Beth Ann would know the best place for flowers. So we stopped and got some flowers, went back to my house and created our beautiful boquets. We took some pictures before she took hers home.
I know Mom loved her boquet and Beth Ann said her mom loved hers at well!
Both Boquets turned out very pretty and two different styles.
This was so much fun! I want to make another one!

Catching the Boquet!

I thought this was interesting. I went to a friends wedding reception and as we got there, they were throwing the boquet. My friend and I decided we weren't going to go up there unless we were called out. Next thing we knew, the Bride was calling out our names, so we had to go up there. As we stood, I felt "singled" out. There were only a couple of little girls and some that were possibly in HS. So the Bride threw it. It just so happened to land in my hands as I held them out. Lucky me! Had my picture taken with the bride. The next day at church, I mentioned it to one of the branch presidency's wives and she decided to tell it as a good news moment. So I was yet again embarrassed! I thought the boquet was very pretty!

Happy Birthday Jamie!
This past week was my birthday week! CRAZY!! Wednesday was my birthday and had a great day. Mom, Mere and I went to lunch. Friend from the neighboring business at work, brought me a birthday cake. It was great! Then for dinner, Dad and I went to Red, White and Brew! very nice restaurant. I go the dinner that mom always tells us about. It was good, but I was full! So I brought the rest of the dinner home to Mom! Then the fam, sang to me and we had cake and ice cream. A few of my friends came over. We enjoyed playing Apples to Apples and that was the day of my birthday!
Saturday came around and Mere and I went and got a pedicure. It was great! Later in the evening we had a party with alot of friends that I've made here in AZ and a few from UT that have moved here too! These are the pictures. I unfortunately didn't get all of the people who came, I forgot about the camera 'til half way thru the night!

The New Year!
I just wanted to say that TIME FLYS! It is amazing at how fast the time has gone by this last year. I was thinking about it and I have done so many different things this last year! I started the past year with going to a wedding for my brother in Idaho. Then, later that year went to visit my sister and her family after she had a new baby. Not much later, went to my cousin's wedding, which followed by 2 more weddings later that month that I wanted to but wasn't able to attend. Then almost all the family came down to Arizona for Thanksgiving. After our small Christmas here in Mesa, Mom, Dad, Mere and Anders and I all drove up to Utah to finish the New Year, although Mere and I drove home the last day of the year. This past year has been a great yet busy one. I learned how to write HTML, and want to go to school so that I can create websites. So that's is my goal this year is to take the nessecary classes to get through at least a certification for web develpoment. What an amazing oppurtunity I have to do this. I am excited for the upcoming year and hope that I will be able to see many of you and have you involved in my life some how! Hope that you have a wonderful year and don't forget to keep in touch!
